A return visit creating large format 'Hero' artwork for The Open 2021, the 149th to be played at Royal St. George's, Kent, UK.
The first composition is of the 6th hole, affectionately called The Maiden due to the mound profile. This shot comprises a 3D grandstand tier and various assets comped together. The second is a view of the 1st to the 18th hole looking north and is almost entirely 3D.
Modelled in Cinema 4D using VizPark, V-Ray, Corona Renderer and completed in Adobe Photoshop.
